I experienced the same problem that it wasn't turning on. I don't even get an orange color or green option. the controller turns on and flashes green but the console doesn't do anything. I unplugged and plugged it back in. My bro was trying to get on and
told me later that he couldn't. I received the xbox for a gift with no warranty purchased from Dave and Busters. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!
First thing to try would be to plug the power supply into a different electrical socket, see if you can borrow a different power supply from a friend and see if that solves the issue if it does then you will need to purchase a new power supply which you
can do by going to the Xbox service center if none of that works then there could be an issue with the internal power supply which will need to be fixed, which will cost if you don't have a warranty but you can find out the cost of repair at the service center
Did this solve your problem?
Sorry this didn't help.
