My need help with my account suspension

My account, Taptap5 , was suspended and locked from purchases due to a billing issue, and was sent here from the account suspension moderator. I would like to know how to rid of the suspension and enjoy the 3 months I bought at Safeway.

you would have to contact support and talk to somebody in billing they should be able to find out what is causing you to be locked out of buying stuff.

I'd recommend chatting (support.xbox.com/.../contact-us) with an official xbox live employee on the problem. They should be able to help.
