My membership has been take away for no reason.

So, today i log on my xbox 360 and it shows error message-''some services are temporary unavailable ''. I'm fine with that, usually everything returns to normal in couple minutes. But no today! After about 2 hours i go online again to find that my xbox live gold membership has been deducted (it should have ended before september).

Any ideas as to why this has happened or how i can fix it?

Me too have trouble with my gold subscription. It was cancelled not by me.

So i resolved this problem contacting the support by chat.

In US and Brazil, the phone number support is out!! >.<

But by online chat it's ok!

The support guy sent to me by e-mail a  prepaid code with my time gold remaining (10 months).

Try you too contact the support because I got the sollution by it.
