My main account was hacked back in August.

Hi my main account gamer tag NYPDSGT746 was hacked and migrated to russia back in Aug 2011. I call microsoft on aug 20th and the opened a case saying it would take up to 30 days to investigate. Well called several times with no answer. Tried last on Sept 25th and was told it was still open. Well just tried again tonight and was told the case was closed on Sept 27th LOL what a joke. My account is suspended, they never refunded the 53 dollar charge that i didnt make and now i have to open a new case to investigate the old case and see why it was closed. Another four week wait how is it Microsoft is still in bussiness? PS3 is looking some much better these days.

Hey There tjconn1!

My suggestion to you is to call with your original refrence number from the time they said the case was closed and tell them you were never refunded.  Or you can wait for a Forum Support Agent tommorow as they usually can look into it for you.
