My Live Tenure is wrong...

Hi

I have had a gold account since the says of the xbox beta and should be showing 8 years but mine is currently sat at 6 and I have never let the sub drop to Silver, well not as long as I can remember anyway.

Does anyone know who to contact to get this sorted out?

They can't change your tenure for you if you call in. The best thing is to tweet them. When you call in, you're speaking to agents that specialize in accounts and billing, not xbox live profiles. Most xbox live profile inquiries are best handled by xbox live PET or forums. You'll get further that way.

I have the same issue (tenure is 6, should be 8). According to Call-in support and the tweetfleet, there is nothing they can do, even if you have proof that you have maintained gold status on your account for 8 years, they can't add tenure or correct it.
