My Gold Membership and Netflix

Basically, I'm trying to stream using Netflix and a requirement is being a Gold member, which my account is saying that I am. However, when I trying to access Netflix it said that I was a glitch in the system and it showed an avatar shrugging his shoulders saying "Uh oh"... lol. I would just call for support but is isn't working hours. Any ideas on how to handle this?

That glitch message is from the website. Are you trying to stream Netflix through the PC or are you trying to sign up for Netflix?

Yes, I am trying to sign up for NetFlix. Trying to stream through my 360 console. I do have the Xbox hardwired to my router, so I know its not a connection issue.

So you are trying to watch Netflix, or you are trying to sign up for Netflix? Exactly when do you get this error message?
