I moved my gametag to a new live account (email address) and now it is attached to both live accounts i.e. I can log in to XBox.com using my old or new account details. I have checked the account set-ups and there are no alias' on either account. The problem with this is that I want to move another gametag to my original live account and now I can't because it says the account has a gamertag associated with it. If I go into my XBox360 I can clearly see from account management that this gametag is correctly linked to the new live account. I have waited a while in case it was a synchronisation issue but am getting the same weird set-up (i.e. the gametag can be accessed from both live accounts - e.g. if I click on related accounts in the live account setup).
How do I get this fixed. I suspect the issue is with my set-up at the XBox server end.
