MVP Vengeance,

 Are you receiving an error messages or do you have any other details, or is just exiting to the home dashboard? Have you tried power cycling your console yet? To do this hold the Xbox console power button (while it is turned on) for 8 seconds until it turns off, then wait 30 seconds, then turn it back on and try again. Power cycling will clear the cache and reset the network card. Let us know if this works.

I've been getting the same thing on 3 different games! Have you found any answers to this problem?

I too am also running into the same issue. The "game quit to dashboard" issue occurs on both physical discs and digital downloads. Is there an error log to access to determine what the cause might be?

I've just spoken to support about this issue.

Their advice was to;

1) Clear the system cache.

2) Switch off Xbox One console, unplug power for two minutes before plugging back in and booting up (this is how to hard-reset your console)

3) Uninstall and reinstall the game in question.

I have not tried this myself yet but I was assured that this is a proven method of correcting the issue.

How many times do I have to sign into my xbox games? I get signed in, I get to play for a few days and then they're gone. I can't sign in, I keep getting the message: "Failed to connect to a Windows Service. windows couldn't connect to the Group Policy Client service. This problem prevents standard users from signing in. As an administrative user, you can review,,,,, " What does this mean? I just want to play my games, I'm 76 years old and I enjoy the two games I have, why do I have to keep signing in all the time, this is ridiculous!!!!
