If you mean the Play & Charge battery pack no longer charges, I assume it goes amber when plugged in and then green about 10 seconds later? If so, the pack is so depleted that it won't start charging.
To get it charging again, try plugging it in, waiting for it to go green, then unplugging it and plugging it in again. It only charges when amber. Plugging/unplugging 10-30 times (or more) will get enough charge on the pack that it'll finally start charging
Keep an eye on it once it goes amber for a while. One time I did this, it stopped charging after 10 minutes. I had to do the plug/unplug thing a bit longer to get it to hold and charge for a few hours.
This problem is why I don't use P&C kits. I prefer rechargeable AA batteries.
