My brothers xbox live account gained a error which disallowed him to log in, we tried to delete his account and then redeem his account but my brother can not remember what his password is to the email.. or even if its the right Email he is using. I reset both Emails he thought he was using but it gave him two completely different Emails to his original. Usually I would just make a new account but unfortunately it is still charging him for his old account for gold membership. Are there any ways to cancel his payments to that account? or to find out what Email he was using for his old account.
