Hello. I have a question that may or may not be solvable. I logged onto my account today and discovered that I could not log on. I then reset my password. I logged back on but found that my account had been compromised. My gamerscore and my achievements had gone up. The order and date on which I had recieved them had been messed up. On top of this, whoever had done this had been playing games on it causing the gamerscore increase. I am currently stationed in Italy with the United States Navy. I haven't logged on since 8/1/11. Dealing with these things overseas is frustrating. I called XBL customer support and the support woman said for me to contact the XBL tech form on here. Since my account doesn't have a credit card, she couldn't send it to fraud for a lock down. I tried the enforcement form but they handle bans/cheaters/etc. If there is an Xbox Live technical specialist. that can help me, I would be grateful for your help. I am not sure what to do. I have tried almost everything that Microsoft has told me to do and I do not want to loose the achievements that I have rightfully earned (minus the ones that the hacker had added) and start over with a new account.
