Also, in my bio i have written "My revenge is sweet enough to murder diabetics" , is that allowed? am i allowed to say "Murder"? considering  people at Xbox Live have said things to that effect on the dashboard.



No, no it isn't. Just because other people have it does not mean it's allowed.

noone else has it, i was saying that the videos on the dashboard with those unfunny emo guys they say things like murder ect and the woman who does the IGN videos has said it before, i dont think the word is offencive and even in the context its just from a song.

In the context you use it in, I don't see it as being offensive or against the Code of Conduct, but that would be up to the enforcement team. No one else can tell you for sure if you will be suspended for it or not. The best rule of thumb is, if you're not sure then don't use it.

I can see why people would find that offensive. Diabetes isn't something you can joke about or use in such a throwaway manner like that and certainly not by saying you're sweet enough to murder them. Whoever used it initially needs their heads staved in.
