My Account Was Compromised and Achievements were unlocked. Can this be reversed?

Last summer my account was compromised, while I was out of state for Air Force training for a few weeks. When I returned home I realized this because I had to recover my gamertag on my xBox. The account was recovered no issue, and I changed the password right away to prevent it from happening again. My only issue now is that whomever stole my account hacked a number of achievements in a few games on my account. The compromised achievements are all dated the same day, and I have dated Military Orders proving that I was on an airplane that very day, just to negate any thoughts that I might have hacked my own account. I just would like my gamer score to accurately display the gamerscore I've earned, and I'd like to earn some of the achievements myself.

I've called xbox support and was directed to the forums being told that a support specialist here could help me. I have a service number form the phone call if needed.

Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately the only way to remedy this would be to have your Gamerscore reduced to 0 and those achievements not being able to be obtained again. You can do this by having people report your account as a cheater. Otherwise you will have to live with your score until enforcement catches and resets you themselves. -Judge

That seems a bit harsh seeing as how I did nothing wrong, save maybe having a weak password.

Yes, that's harsh. But the Terms of Use and Code of Conduct clearly state "you are responsible for your account at all times". Please take time to read this online safety guide to prevent this from happening again. www.xbox.com/.../Account-Security

Hey there King! If your account was compromised, you should have phone support start an Unauthorized Access investigation for you. This can prove whether or not it was in your possession at the time of the infraction. You may also want to get in touch with the Enforcement folks in their forum (forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx) to get some direction as well. Let me know how that goes, thanks!
