my account is not downloading and on the cite my friends list has been wiped

can someone please help me with this i have around a half of a year of gold left and do not want to lose the money spent when i try downloading i get the error message 80150100 witch does not cme up when i search for it here http://support.xbox.com/en-US/error-code-lookup

well some of my accounts info has returned in the cite so i am going to try re-downloading again
