My account is glitched?

So, I turned my auto renew off, and my gold was supposed to end on the 16th, but instead, on Monday I got on and had a message that I had been suspended due to not receiving my payment. So, Yesterday I put 30$ on my paypal and got on xbox, entered it in and updated payment info to my paypal, it gave me a message saying it worked, but I'm still suspended. I got a credit card that I have, that I know for a fact works for xbox live and I put that on my xbox, I then selected that as my payment option.. Still didn't work, when I try to go to manage payment options on here, Xbox.com it says There was an error (Here is a link to a screenshot of what it says http://speedcap.net/sharing/screen.php?id=files/60/11/60111cc886de23703a8345c7bac0bc0c.png). So then I tried to go to Microsoft.com and I went to payment options, it says my old credit card, which I no longer use, and says declined. So I click on remove and it tells me there is a membership accosiated with it, and that I need to choose another method of payment before removing it, so I select my new card, and it gives me this error (http://speedcap.net/sharing/screen.php?id=files/d9/25/d925ef7cb0c441e6648186747aa02464.png) So I am unable to change my payment options in order to get myself unsuspended, because of some sort of glitch in my account. I know this because I can do all of these things on my other account, but I don't want to use that one because this is my main account. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

hey prey I am sorry to hear this I do not have an answer for you but what I do believe you need to do is call official support to have this sorted out. they will decide if you are eligible to have your suspension lifted.

you can do this by calling 1800-4my-xbox

or you can go to this page and have a call back ordered for the phone and name you input-support.xbox.com/.../contact-us

Suggest you contact a Billing Agent. You can choose Option 1 after finding your country's support line: See http://tinyurl.com/XBLnumbers ...

 

but a faster way to speak to a Billing Agent is to go to http://xbox.com - sign in there if you can - then go to http://support.xbox.com/contact-us?xr=footnav#0:2:5

 

Click on Request A Call and type in a few lines explaining your issue and you will get called back quicker than if you dialed in.
