Same as others here, my Xbox Live works fine for about 30 mins and then disconnects me. It occurs most often when playing Black Ops. This is simply unacceptable behavior from a PAY service (Xbox Gold account). Microsoft, please fix the issue or provide real support instead of forcing users to dig into help articles that won't help them. All of my other internet-facing devices are working just fine. Xbox is the only device that is constantly failing. And no, my modem doesn't need to be recycled or ports opened.
