My account has become broken, and I can't even cancel my subscription.

I've been off of xbox live for some time now, and I didn't see the updated terms of service for quite a while. Normally, I could just accept the terms and get on with it. This time however, it required a parental account to clear it. When I made this account, I left the creation of the parental account to my mother, who misspelled the email, and immediately forgot the password. But we never had to bother with her account before this. Now my xbox live subscription can't be altered, I can't go online, and there appears to be nothing I can do. I need solutions.

Have your mother call support.  If she can answer some account specific questions they can give her the email address.  From there you can change the password in order to sign in.
