My Account Got Suspended

I have been out of town and my younger brother has been using my Xbox Live account. I just got back today and realized that it has been suspended for an inappropriate motto. I was wondering if we could resolve this today because my mother is canceling Xbox Live for good if I can't get it back, and I don't want that.  Is there any way that I could get the account back? It is suspended for 2 weeks if I can't.  It's not my fault and I don't want my mom to cancel the membership on me completely :/

My preferred email is: [REMOVED - DO NOT POST EMAIL OR WLID]

Thank you
