my account errors

cant play online
cant see my account details to see what's wrong
it says its working and says iv still got xbox live gold
but i just get these error messages and it says im going to be charged and should go to xboxlive.com/account but it wont even let me see if im being charged or how much
i just get this stupid message when i go to the site it tells me to go too

would you like to explain ? its been like this for a while now and i am wondering why i paid for a service i can't even use for more than half the time

Check your information at http://billing.microsoft.com to see if all is correct

you will also be able to see your transactions and subscription there.

Can you check your billing info, as WPAK said.

What browser are you using? IE is the best browser to view Microsoft websites.

Also, try clearing your consoles, and browsers cache.

Let us know what error message you get, and if any error code aswell.
