My Account cannot be accessed and wont let me on XBL

My Account cannot be accessed and wont let me on XBL. Awhile ago my XBL subscription ended and the only card on the account was expired therefore my account has been suspended because of that. But i cannot access My Account through xbox.com to remove the card from my account and i also cannot remove the card from my xbox. Ive called 3 times and havent gotten help. I bought a subscription card and now i cant even use it! keeps saying invalid code...please help!

Ive now called Xbox multiple times and say they will call me back, when they call back all i get is a dial tone!! this is getting ridiculous!!! Ive been a dedicated Xbox Live gamer for 6 years now and this garbage happens, unbelievable!

Having the same issue as VictorsaurusRex for last few days now.  

I can't access my account, neither through xbox.com (I can log in, but when I click "My account", the infamous "Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened. It appears you've found a glitch in the system", crops up) nor through the console itself, where it asks me to update my payment method.  

It does not accept my PayPal--funny, I just bought Bioshock Infinite on-demand last week, which I can't play now thank you very much, and my credit card balance tied to it is OK--or Microsoft Account which has about 20 $ in it.  I can't even remove my Paypal account to make a new one, it's completely deadlocked.

I even bought a new 12+1 membership card, hoping that would do the trick, but when I redeem it, it says the code's invalid...

It's been three days now and the funny thing is, my subscription doesn't end 'till 15th Oct., so it's weird that Microsoft doesn't allow access a full two weeks before the subscription is up.

I have spoken.
