Hello, I am making this post to ask for some help. A little while ago, I thought that I was running low on Xbox Live (I had a 12 month card,) so I got my sister to help me by using her credit card to get me a month. Well, I got agitated halfway through the process and pressed to cancel. After I decided to cancel I just wanted to play what was left on the card and get a new one later on. So here is where my problem comes in, apparently the sign up process didn't cancel, and my sisters card was charged, and whats more, it is still being charged.
During the sign up process, I never asked for it to auto-renew, nor did I ask it to continue on and actually charge the card ... So now my sister has been looking at her card charges and noticed that she has been getting charged for all these months without even knowing it.
The whole process of trying to cancel the card by using another card, getting support on forums that 1/2 the links are dead, or calling another country to get tech support from someone you cannot understand is just making the problem worse. Is there anyone that actually cares about customer loyalty who actually views posts that can help me? Or do I have to just go through the five hour long process of talking to someone who cannot even say English words correctly.
On another note, for the longest time I have been trying to change this to an adult account. I am 19 years old, and am still being denied from playing demos for "mature games". I do not wish to have a card on my account for personal reasons.
