money missing from credit card

this morning i checked my card balence it said 0.99 is left... recently i made a purchase using the card on my xbl account the purchase was 4.99 in microsoft points. now there was 10.00$ dollars to start with and i made the 4.99$ purchase so were is my other 5.00$ dollars? no one has access to my accounts and i didn't make any other purchases but i go looking on my other account and notice i purchased a 1 month gold ok but its only 1 month gold but it says expires on the 4/1/2013 but the 1 month gold i purchased was on 2/1/2013 it added another month of gold when i have auto renewal off or disabled?

Payment issues such as this should be taken up with Xbox Phone Support in  the billing department.

Have you checked all the info, payment acct + other is current, at http://commerce.microsoft.com ?

 

If so, suggest you contact a Billing Agent. You can choose Option 1 after finding your country's support line: See http://tinyurl.com/XBLnumbers ...

 

but a faster way to speak to an Agent is to go to http://xbox.com - sign in there if you can - then go to http://support.xbox.com/contact-us?xr=footnav#0:2:5

 

Click on Request A Call and type in a few lines explaining your issue and you will get called back quicker than if you waited in queue on hold.
