Misteriuos error code 800704CD

IMHO, everything began with the system update late November (in my case). Who is responsible for the error code explanation? Could you, please, say a word on the subject? My previous post with all the details (December, 6) was not interesting?

Reply to, RulyGrunt4 The error code was not found, so unfortunately I cannot answer your question. Have you contact Xbox Support about this problem? How to contact Xbox Support:
  • Go to http://support.xbox.com
  • Scroll down to the bottom of the page
  • Click on "Contact Support"
  • Choose "Xbox 360"
  • Under "Xbox Live" click on "Networking"
  • Scroll down and click "Chat With Microsoft Support"
  • Type your question/concern/issue in the box
  • Select "Start Chat"
What do I do now?: Once a support agent has started the chat with you, tell him/her the issue you are having with Xbox Live. Don't forget to tell your support agent the error code that appears on your screen when you try to sign into Xbox Live. What if they couldn't answer my question?: If a support agent could not answer your question try contacting another support agent. If your problem is still not resolved try to search for error codes that may cause problems for Xbox Live. You can try the solutions for the error code you searched up. If you are still experiencing the problem wait up to 48 hours and try again. If none of these worked try to use another console to log into. Your console may be defective or internally damaged.
