missing points

hi can anyone help.... i have been on xbox live ever since march and i have not been getting any of my rewards points, yes i know that you dont get them until you have atleast 100 points but mine are not even adding up.. i got an email for the 1st time 2 days ago saying i have 10 points pending... so i looked up all the ways you can get points and i have done a lot of those ever since i have started xbox live and i still do them but like i said i have not been getting any of my points for it.. so can anyone tell me whats going on with it .... thanks for any help

Microsoft Points you purchase never expire, but MS Points you acquire through promotions such as Xbox Rewards do have an expiry period, and will be removed after a period of time if not used.

Hey GoofyThePope420 - You're actually posting in the incorrect forum about this, unfortunately we don't have the means to actually look into this for you as we don't have access to account information. You'd want to make this post on this forum so one of the support representatives like Miss Portia can take a look into your rewards account and let you know what's going on.
