Over the past month I've tried a couple of times to migrate my account from the UK to Germany (where I now live) to make full use of all the additional regional specific features and apps.
I just get the following message when I go through the process described in the forum and help pages...
"There’s a problem completing your move right now. Please check the Region Change Support Page to make sure it will work for you, and try again later."
Not very helpful really.
Perhaps you have an idea why I can't migrate or what I might be doing wrong?
