Migrating XBL ID to a new e-mail account.

Hey,

I wish to change my account from my current e-mail to another specific e-mail.

There is no other XBL ID on this other e-mail. It is an adult account.

I need to change it to this specific e-mail, making a new one isn't an option. Obviously I do not wish to post it on the forums.

I currently get the error on the last stage of the transferring the ID on the xbox, "Status code 8015341B"

I have looked this up on the support section of the site, it told me to make sure the region was set to the current region of the xbox and the other account, it is and still does not work.

I'm a little confused what you mean by "transferring the id on the xbox". Are you just trying to change your profile's WLID (forums.xbox.com/.../19163.aspx)? Are you following the steps in that guide?

That's right. I'm trying to change my gamertags WLID.

And yes, I'm doing all those steps there.

Yes, that code means that the region for the WLID you are trying tio use is set to a different region than your Gamertag. So you need to log in at account.live.com and change the region on your WLID.
