I wish migrating my Xbox Live region from France to Switzerland but I'm a bit lost and not sure which is my region right now… Is there a way to check my current region? Do I have to join support by phone? :-/
On account.microsoft.com I have 2 personal account: a FR (French) one and a CH (Swiss) one. I've deleted my FR credit card as I don't have one any more and I've added a CH credit card. That seems OK.
On xbox.com, my facturation information are corresponding to my CH data. That seems fine too.
But on my 360, my facturation information are my FR one.
So I have no idea which is the correct information.
If I try to change my region on xbox.com, I have an error message saying my region cannot be changed right now. So I'm tending to think my region has well been changed. But as there are still my FR information on my console, I don't know!
