Most microwave ovens operate at the 2.4 GHz range, which is the same frequency as most wireless signals. If your Xbox is connected via wireless, that is most likely the problem. Is your wireless router in the same room as your microwave? If it is, try
moving your wireless router closer to your Xbox and further away from your microwave. If you can't, you could also try changing the channel on your wireless signal to see if that improves.
