Microsoft Wheel Force Feedback

Dear Microsoft.

I have the original wireless racing wheel made for Xbox360, and the force feedback does not work. I believe it is from some update as a lot of people have had this issue from the research I've done on a fix. I've used the wheel maybe 6 times since I've gotten it (brand new) so I don't feel the wheel itself is broken. On one thread an Official Xbox Support person claimed there was a fix, but it was not stated. I am posting hoping to hear a fix so I can enjoy my racing wheel while playing Forza.

Thank you,

Siscub.

Are you using the wheel with batteries or are you using the AC adapter?  If you are trying to use the wheel wireless with batteries, the force feedback does not work.  You have to plug it in in order to experience the force feedback.  If that is not your issue, do all the other features of the wheel function properly?

Hey there Siscub.  Hmm, OK. Have you tried clearing the console cache yet?  That can help.  Let's also try different ports on the console (especially the back one if that's an option for you).  Can you also try playing with all other accessories removed?  (Including HDD if you have one.) And let us know if any of that gets it to behave?

The same question with you. I already change Xbox 360 consoles, gamepad, and battery; but no change any results. I think the system updated make force feedback  of gamepad become weak.

Hmmm, is it just giving you weak feedback or none at all?  Also, kinda basic, but everyone here is making sure to use the AC adapter, yeah?

Hmm, it may also be the wheel getting older.  Is it the same across all games you play, or just the one? If it's just the one game, then we can also try uninstalling/resintalling that game specifically.
