Microsoft robbed me! Very upset!

I cancelled my recurring subscription to xbox live over 3 months ago. I called in and had them cancel the subscription. I was told no charges would be made. Now I received a deduction to my bank account for my 3 month recurring subscription I cancelled over three months ago. it was a $9.99 charge. I had no money in my bank, lets face it folks it's tough! I had an overdraft fee taken of $35 from my bank. This on top of another service I cancelled put me in the hole $100. If I cancel my account I expect it to be cancelled! I don't even have my Xbox anymore. I sold it to pay bills! I expect to have that $9.99, the $35, plus compensation for the damage to my credit back in my bank account so I can afford to pay off my debt when I actually receive a paycheck! This is complete and utter unprofessional on the part of Microsoft. it is an outrage!

Try phoning Xbox Support and see if they can refund you your money for the renewal.
