Microsoft Points from Atlantic Superstore not activated right!

Hello, I bought 15 (1400) points cards from Atlantic Superstore and watched the lady activate each individually but when I got around to activating them on my live account a couple days later they would not work. Store could not do nothing for me, so I went to XBox live and now I have been getting the runaround for 2 months. They now told me to wait another 15 days for response. Is this the way you treat your customers, I have been loyal to XBox since the 360. Just hoping they will resolve soon, already had to buy other Microsoft points in the meantime.

you should speak with the superstore manager. they should obviously activate it for you . do you have the receipt?

yeah have receipt and the manager told me that it would cost them to activate again, I said I don't care long as I get my points but they wouldn't go for it. They said they would give me my money back but I only paid $9.99 a pack instead of $19.99 plus tax. So I really would like my points.

yeah you said the right thing IMO. it shouldnt be your fault that the store didn't activate it properly.

Call corporate on them. Most managers get their job because they needed someone there not because they're good at their job.

I think the problem lies in the fact that you got the points than the maximum price allowance from Microsoft.  When certain cards are sold lower than a certain number, they fail to register.  Contact the Xbox Support, you might have to send in a receipt though

I never buy cards that need activation. I get the ones with either the pull tab on the back, or the scratch spot, both having a code underneath.

I bought the points during the same fail and they've redeemed fine so far...but it's not the ones that need to be activated
