Microsoft needs to pay attention to their customers requests

The point is: my gamertag didn't violate the ToU. If Microsoft keeps making decisions that inconvenience me as a customer arbitrarily, they should consider themselves lucky that I decide to pay their ridiculous game prices to begin with.
