Microsoft is stealing my money

I payed for the 3 month promo, 10 for 3 months, and I got a pop up message about 2 days after asking me if I wanted to renew my account to 1 month renewal I chose no. then my credit card gets charged on july 22nd, and august 22nd. I turned OFF auto renewal! off, and its on. why?!

When you buy any promo offers on the dashboard it automatically turns auto-renewal back on. It tells you this in the product description. They aren't stealing your money, they are doing exactly what they said they would do.

no I read the fine print, I saw that it would turn auto renewal on. you just completely disregarded what I said. I got a popup asking if I wanted to turn it off, I said yes. still got charged.

Whenever you renew your membership make sure to check the auto-renewal:

So that way you don't think they are charging you because they want to.

billing questions are best handled by phone support.  I know you would prefer to give a kidney than deal with phone support but they are best equipped to handle your situation quickly.

This *** happens to me and they took ym money and the time I paid for so what part of that doesn't say free money?

You cannot turn off auto-renewal by email. Those emails don't ask you if you want to turn it off, they're just to inform you that you're going to be charged. The only way to turn off auto-renewal is to call customer support.
