Microsoft changed my Xbox Live automatic renewal without asking!

Two months ago I switched my automatic renewal status from On to Off. I just got a email confirming a new year of Xbox Live. Please tell me how they can switch this without asking, Microsoft pretty much just stole $60 from me. I'm deployed in Afghanistan right now, I couldn't even use Xbox Live if I wanted to. I have no access to a phone right now, Xbox Live has no support email to contact, and somehow Microsoft's Chat is closed. This is the only way I can find to contact Microsoft. I want a refund for the $60 that was stolen from me.   -George

Im sure there is a Xbox Live Support email. I don't think Xbox would just switch the renewal status from on to off. You may have made a mistake and didnt turn it off correctly. I hpe you find a way!

Hey George! Unfortunately this isn't something we'd be able to assist with on the forums, you'll have to wait until Chat support is available. They will be best equipped to help you out!
