Microsoft canceled my LIVE Gold 1 year trial! (2 times in a row!)

Hi, on Friday, i bought a 1 year gold trial, but after five hours, my trial was canceled. On Saturday, i did the same thing, i bought a 1 year gold trial, but it happened again! I don't know what to do, i lost money, and I want to be reimbursed or rewarded, please someone help me, i bought it 2 times = i lost 2 YEARS of Xbox Live Gold! :(

Do you mean one year membership? If so then not sure why you would buy another one after the first dissapeared.

You would need to phone support for your region & they can tell you if there's some sort of billing issue with your account.
