Microsoft canceled my controller order

It has been exactly a month since I sent in the controller to the repair site. Today, I checked on the status of the controller and now it says it has been cancelled.

WTF!!?! What could they have possibly done to my controller?

OK, so typically this will happen if there was a reason that it would not be covered under warranty - for example the controller had been opened up and the seal broken.

If you call Support, they should be able to let you know why this has happened in this instance, it is not something that we on the forums would be able to find out for you.

Probably the same as me mate, they have lost your controller and will come up with some pathetic attempt of an excuse.  My controller was sent out two weeks ago apparently, yet they can't track it because the number they have for it does not exist.  They owe me a new console and a new controller, will i get either, i doubt it very much
