Microsoft account team

Hello, I called microsoft support recently to recover the password of my account, today I received an email from Microsoft account team, there were two ties and I accidentalyy click on the bad, so I read the second email by Microsoft support and he told me that the link has expired, I'm stuck from here, we must send an email to the same adress as microsoft support ? How lond does it so that it sends me an email ?
