Hi there! If you purchased the subscription via xbox.com it can take several hours before your profile is updated on your console. However, there are a couple of things you can do to remedy the time taken, simply try one of the following:

 

1. Clear the update cache on your console (step by step instructions below).

 

2. Recover your xbox LIVE gamertag.

 

1.a To clear the update cache follow the next set of steps:

 

  1. Navigate to the "My xbox" slide on the xbox 360 dashboard.
  2. Scroll right, to the last page which will be the "System Settings" page.
  3. Select "Memory" from the list of options.
  4. Highlight the memory unit and hit "Y" on your xbox 360 controller.
  5. Select the option to clear the update cache and to perform maintenance on the hard drive.
  6. Once complete sign out and back into xbox LIVE.

 

The above should resolve the problem and recovering your profile is always a last resort. Good luck, I hope it helps.

Hi, what you'll need to do is clear your cache system. But since you downloaded the membership, it may take a day or less for it to sync into your account.

Hello I need to renew my xboxlive and only have £30.00 and my date is 14/05/2011 and it say's on the dashboard 12 mouth's for £29.99 on my 360 and on here xbox.com it say's £39.99 what the hell is going on I need help fast...
