Members of Family Pack can't connect to Live

This started happening about 2 weeks ago or so...

We have the Family Pack Gold.  I, as the primary member can log into Xbox Live fine.  But all of my kids have problems logging in.  When they go to access Xbox Live, they get a screen asking for the login info.  They enter the main email address and password (for the primary account) and it rejects them.  However, I can log in with this and I can also log in on a computer into Live with this info so I know that nothing has changed with my login.

I've tried clearing the cache, deleting the profiles and re-downloading the profiles but that hasn't helped.

Any thoughts?

You say they enter the email and password for the primary account.  Have they tried entering their own email/passwords for their own accounts?

It's a Family Pack Gold... they don't have their own accounts.  Everything in a family pack is under the primary account/gamer tag.

Actually, I may be wrong about that.  I have reset the passwords on the secondary accounts via Live online.  I will try accessing Live when I get home tonight.

I was having the same issue a few week back.  What I ended up doing is resigning everyone back in with my primary password.  It was a pain but I am not mad that XBOX is trying to keep out accounts safe.  I hope you get everything straight!
