Me faltan puntos en la cuenta.....

La historia es larga, pero la voy a contar a ver si aqui se puede solucionar.

- El 05/11/11 me hackearon la cuenta, como podeis ver en la imagen de abajo el resultado fue 72€ gastados de mi tarjeta de credito que añadieron 6000 MS y se gastaron 7560 MS. (en concreto compró 3 Oro Jumbo Premium y 57 Sobre Oro Premium). (3 x 240) + (57 x 120) = 720 + 6840 = 7560

- El dia 30/11/11 Se me devolvieron 2760 puntos y los 72€ en mi cuenta bancaria.

Y desde ese dia, desde el 30 de Noviembre, llevo llamando al soporte explicandoles que la suma es incorrecta, porque yo en mi facturacion de puntos veo lo de la imagen, veo que antes del Hacker yo tenia 4220, y por tanto despues de los arreglos deberia tener 4220 =, y no 2760 como tengo ahora....

No he tocado mis puntos en absoluto desde ese dia.

Tras unas 10 llamadas de 1 hora cada una, la conclusion que he llegado es que los de soporte no ven mis datos de Abril del 2011.... Pero yo si los veo y no puedo hacer la vista gorda a los puntos que me faltan.

Pero cuando ellos abren la incidencia, los que miran la incidencia siempre les dicen que mi cuenta está perfectamente bien, y que no abran mas incidencias de mi caso. No aceptan que les mande emails con screens, no quieren mandarme nadie a casa para que vea lo que yo vea.
Pues no se que hacer mas que preguntar aqui.

I did, but as I said phone support cannot watch what I watch.

This was the only way I found to show what I watch.....
