Managing XBOX Live family account

Hi,

I have a family account with currently three accounts live.  I have moved some accounts in and out of it before but I am currently trying to add my brothers new account but I can't. 

It states it won't add as it isn't in the same region as my main account.

However the email is set to the UK, his account location is set to the UK and so is mine...can anyone help?

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues with the Family Pack.  Have doubled checked both regions just to make sure?  I know sometimes people can choose the wrong region.
