managing billing options and i get error

everytime i try to buy a movie with my poins it gives me a error message saying-this isnt for your region-, i had bought my xbox here in the usa and moved to canada and thats what my billing info is now, i movedack here to florida so i think thats the problem,  how can i make it bak to usa,

First, check your account region by going to https://billing.microsoft.com and clicking on "Go to personal information". Does this match your physical location? If not, you'll need to create a new account with the proper region.
