I recently purchased a 320GB for my 360 slim, but for some reason it does not work. When I go to the storage option on the 360 dashboard it does not show. Any suggestions on how I can troubleshoot this problem?
First step would be to double check and make sure it's pushed in fully.
Second would be to test it on another xbox if you know someone who has a slim as well. See if it shows up there.
Otherwise return it to the store while you still can.
