Low connection quality?

I can log in join parties and use IE. This problem just started 2 hours ago. Ive checked forums and like always no solution. Ie reset my router modem and xbox. So if you can try to provide support

For support, please provide a bit more info. can you elaborate on "low quality" upload a picture of your Detailed network statistics after testing multiplayer connection test (when the multiplayer test finishes, hold both triggers and bumpers) give a more description to the actual issue you are having ( lag spikes, disconnections , etc) alt you can call xbox support at 1800-4MY-XBOX
