LOST my GOLD when converting to an ADULT

I have a family gold plan, i switch my account to an ADULT, ost my gold... so  added myself BACK with my primary account user and said it will take  days or so to get my gold back, it has been 2 WEEKS, and i am aprt of the family and i still don't have my GOLD back!!! HELP !!! GT: Its Pana

Secondary accounts on a Family Pack revert to Xbox Live Free/Silver status when removed from a Family Pack. To regain Gold status you can do a few things. Sign up for your own, individual membership or be re-admitted to the Family Pack.

If you're part of the Family Pack but do not have Gold status, you may want to get removed from it, and then get re-added. To avoid the wait time that comes with waiting, Xbox Support can perform an exemption to allow to be re-admitted quickly.
