Lost Access to my Microsoft Account. Please Help Me :(

I recently tried to sign in to xbox.com using the Windows Live ID I used to create my Xbox Gamertag, I realized then that I did not remember the password for it, and attempted to use the reset password option to get back into it.  Here is where the real problem arises, its been so long since I've even used the email address that I cannot remember the answers for more than half of the questions asked. And thus, another problem arises, I recently used my Visa-Debit card to purchase Xbox Gold, not realizing that it auto-sets to renew monthly, I've tried to remove the card from my account but cannot because I need to add a second way of paying, and in order to turn auto-renew off, I need access to the Windows Live ID used to make my Gamertag, all those years ago (probably around 2 years). I really have no idea of how to fix this problem, so any input is welcome. PS, I had to make a new account in order to post this, which in itself proved to be a pain in the @@@.

Suggest you contact a Billing Agent. You can choose Option 1 after finding your country's support line: See http://tinyurl.com/XBLnumbers ...

but a faster way to speak to a Billing Agent is to go to http://xbox.com - sign in there if you can - then go to http://support.xbox.com/contact-us?xr=footnav#0:2:5

Click on Request A Call and type in a few lines explaining your issue and you will get called back quicker than if you waited in queue on hold.

Did this solve your problem?

Sorry this didn't help.

Great! Thanks for marking this as the answer.
