Loosing poinst everyday

Last week i called the support because my Borderlands 2 didnt work anymore.

They refunded the game.

Some days later in a strange way somethings where donwloaded from the shop for Borderlands 2.I didnt do that becasue the game didnt work.

Got a refund again and changed my password with the support.

Now i turned on me Xbox360 and AGAIN!!!!

880 points are gone from my account and someone bought Borderlands 2 stuff.

Is it possible that my accounts is hacked?

Can someone (perhaps call me) because i dont know what to do.

I like to see that i get these points refunded again.I cant use the downloads because i dont have the game anymore.

If you go to support.xbox.com/contact-us, you should be able to arrange for xbox support to contact you (a "Call-Back" is an option so you don't have to wait on hold).

Called and was in hold for 1 hour!!!

I called my self.

Hanged up and used the callback service.

Offcourse again 30 minutes and still no answer :S

I hope Xbox will contact me now

Hi Badeentj,

Sorry to hear about the troubles. I would suggest contacting Chat Support, and have them take a look at your account for you. You shouldn't have to wait too long to get a hold of an agent.
