THEY STOLE MY MONEY AND TRIED TO SAY I DID NOT PAY!

MY bank says they took the money. XBOX says noooo we never got it. So where could it of gone?

Maybe in the MICROSOFT BANK ACCOUNT. as if they dont have enough money.
We are talking about 9.99. Imagine what they are willing to do for a year subscription.

I would much rather own a ps3 and get hacked then to obviously and intentionally robbed of ten bucks.

TEN BUCKS??? Are they that petty for ten bucks? Maybe Steve Case should come manage the company and charge 5000 bucks for a controller wired.

Amazing xbox is so rad to rip someone off for TEN DAMN BUCKS. I have been using live for a few years, and this is what I get in return.

If you would like to explain your problem more I can try to help, but of course a post that defames Microsoft will be removed as this is a friendly community for users to get help or chat about Xbox and games.  Threads such as this is considered to be unwanted.

Ive talked to billing, the billing manager. it does not matter. if xbox cared about its customers this would neer have been an issue in the first place.

Plus it is not "defaming" something if it is true. That makes it fact.

If you want to help, and if you did i would be more then happy to make a public apology for being wrong. Something I have yet to get from xbox live.  I want my ten bucks taken by xbox and have my account active and not suspended because they can take the money and then come back and say I never paid. My bank says different, the confirmation email from xbox says different. So the only conclusion left is they took my money, thought by cancelling the constant trying to recharge my card that was already paid for and the money taken.

I fail to see how they did me a favour.  Im not asking anything unreasonable. I paid for something, they took the money, they sent me  confirmation email saying all is good. then come back 4 days later suspending my account saying I didnt pay. Cancelling the charge but not refunding my money, or making my account active for what i pay for says only one thing to me, which I said in the first post.

So if you can make it happen awesome, I would fully admit that I am being unreasonable. But the evidence says and shows different.

They didn't steal just wait a month or so and you'll get refunded if you didn't received any code or any transaction your money will be refunded

Yeah wait a month for something they were still trying to charge for up to today when it was paid for on the 18th. If it takes them a month to figure things out thats really sad and wrong. I get penalise if not paid on time , why penalty do they get? NONE. Not only is my account suspended and My money is gone, Im expected to pay again for something i already paid. So sure, Ill wait a month.

i had the same thing they overcharged me, sum amount of 20bucks of something i didn't even bought nor receive the product after a month or so i got refunded so just relax your account wont be suspended and the money will fully recover

BTW the month is not for figuring stuff out but to check the monthly payments if there's something that isn't right they do action about it.

you can always send ticket saying you payed and the product has never been received they will check it and if its true then they will give you the product you bought.

Not sure what your missing. The account already is suspended. The money was taken on the 18th. They suspended me today. My bank says the got their money. Xbox feels they do not need to return money I  paid them because they said I never paid them. My bank and confirmation, and emails from xbox show different. I have talked to everyone that could have resolved this. All I got was they will stop trying t charge me for something I paid for already. Only way to get my account unsuspended is by paying for it a second time in the same week. Not gonna happen.

Not sure what you call it, but when someone takes my money, does not give the product I paid for, and demands I pay again after suspending my account its a scam and theft. Why would i want to give a company more money just to fix this when they have no problem stealing my money and demanding I pay twice?

So tell me why they wont give me what i according to them paid for, and according to them never paid for. Why would I get the confirmation of money accepted, membership paid for. My bank says they got  paid. They say they got paid... until today. But they are the only ones saying they didnt get paid. Their own billing system and email notification system shows I paid.

TEN BUCK. Ripped off for TEN BUCKS. I am glad I did not pay for a year.

The only thing you can do is contact online support, anyhow do you still have gold subscription left when you bought that month? if you did, do you know that the new subscription only kick start when the current gold is expired?

i was suspended because they said I didnt pay. I paid for it on the 18th before my membership expired. I have contacted them even talked to the manager at the time. The only thing they would do is stop trying to bill bill me for what i already paid for. They told me repeatedly I have to pay AGAIN to unsuspended my account which could take up to 72 hours.

I have the proof I paid, I have the proof they took the money and accepted it. But yet if I try to log into live on my xbox I get a suspended message for billing errors. Which is what made me call them in the first place.

Are you seeing now why this is retarded and they are ripping me of for a whole ten bucks. At the very least they could refund my money so I could use it on a game system that isnt going to jack me around for ten bucks.
