Locked outoff account im still paying for

My Xbox Live/Microsoft account is locked. I recently logged into my xbox live in my other house (Because my parents are divorced) and my email I had associated with my account got deleted. I have like 10 different passwords for everything I'm with and I have to go through all of them to find the right one with my account. But I put too many in before I could find it so my account got locked and it will only let me reset my password now. But I can't do that because I can't get the verification code from my email because it got deleted and I don't know the answer to the security question. My brother made the account for me like 3 years ago and he didn't remember what it was. And that was all a few months ago and I didn't see a way out so I gave up even after talking with many microsoft support people. I still had access to my Xbox account from on the Xbox I just couldn't change account info from within it. So I could still play games with friends and stuff which is all that mattered to me. But now when I sign in on my Xbox it wants me to sign it with my email and password. I do but it doesn't let me through because my account is locked. So now I can't access my account from my Xbox. After talking with many more microsoft people on the phone they told me to post my probelm here. I all ready tried that "I can't use any of these options" button and I don't have enough information they keep saying. Main thing is security question which I don't know. I have many games purchased and downloaded from my xbox account so I don't want to lose them! Please help. (Obviously this account was made to post this)

Sorry, forum support agents cannot give you access to your account. The only way to gain access to your account is by filling out the Microsoft Account Recovery form. This has nothing to do with Xbox Support or the Xbox Support forums. If your account is locked out that is the only way to get back into the account.

If you're unable to fill that form out completely then the Microsoft Account team won't be able to give you access back to your account. If you wish to cancel your gold membership then you can contact phone support directly and they will be able to cancel that for you, and yes, since you can't access your account page, you'd need to contact phone support to cancel the membership.

You can reach out to them here. Click Billing and Memberships, then under Account Management click Cancel Xbox LIVE Membership.

I filled the form in with correct info 3 times and they still wont give me my account back, so im going to call microsoft  cancel my Gold membership that has been running for 3 months without me being able to play, and sell my xbox.
