locked out of xbox live - new proofs system

I started my xbox up the other day to find out I need 2 proofs on my account.

I added this and then found that my alternative email was no longer valid.

so I reset it to a new email

now everytime I sign in it says i need two forms of proof and my password is wrong even though i can log into emails/here with the password and its right

the proofs take a month to change to the new ones

I am unable to play xbox live for one month untill the proofs change what to do?

it gives no error code but just says go to support.xbox.com/.../security-proofs and iv already done everything from there

Hmm, that's kinda funky.  OK, so everything is all updated and verified through the website, yeah?  Can you please try moving that profile to a USB and then removing that USB from the system so that the profile isn't on your console anymore.  Then once you've done that, please clear the console cache three times and restart the console.  Then we're going to head to the Sign In screen and select the Download Profile option.  Does that work?  And if not, what message do you get?
